I’m a Registered Osteopath with over 27 years of clinical experience helping people improve their health. Having worked in healthcare for so long, I understand what being well and healthy really means, and why for so many people their health isn't how they want it to be. There is a lot of conflicting and confusing advice in the health and wellness space - you won't find any of that with me!

After losing my father to Alzheimer’s disease in 2020, I became deeply committed to understanding what we can do to protect our brains and reduce the risk of dementia.
Since then I have studied the science of brain health, lifestyle medicine and cognitive aging.
Today I help women over 40 improve their brain health, regain mental clarity and take practical steps to reduce their risk of Alzheimer’s.
